Use the following links to quickly navigate to accessibility information that is relevant to you:
Internet Explorer:
- Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- From the General tab, click on Accessibility.
- You will be presented with three formatting options: Ignore colors specified on Web pages, Ignore font styles specified on Web pages and Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages. use the tick boxes to select your options.
- There is also a Format documents using my style sheet option at the bottom of this window. This is where you can attach your own style sheet (this is especially useful for those with visual impairments).
- Click OK.
Changing Fonts
- Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- From the General tab, click on Fonts.
- Select a font type from the Web page font and Plain text font lists.
- Click OK.
Enlarging Web Page Text
- Click on the Page menu and select Text Size.
- Now select the most appropriate text size from the list.
