Learn HQ have launched a new version of the eLearning course Food Hygiene: The Basics.
The course incorporates a range of interactive features such as video, flash animation and memory games.
In all, there are 7 chapters including: The Common Causes of Food Poisoning, Preventing Cross Contamination, Cleaning and Disinfecting, The Correct Storage of Food, Chilling, Freezing and Cooking, Harmful Bacteria and Food Hygiene – The Law.
